LSRI · Structural risk monitoring — not investment advice

Institutional workflow (case study)

How a European multi-asset desk uses LSRI for a weekly structural risk committee — anonymised illustration for due diligence.

Desk · Committee · Proof Audit PDF archive Optional Telegram alerts

Context

A family-office allocator (~€120M crypto sleeve) needed a repeatable regime monitor — not trade signals — for IC minutes and external auditor questions.

Weekly rhythm

Every Tuesday before market open (UTC):

  1. Desk review Risk lead opens the LSRI terminal (Today + Systemic). MSI, ρ and per-asset regimes are checked against internal limits.
  2. Committee snapshot Mode Committee: recommendation, driver, top correlation pairs. PDF exported and filed in the data room (Institutional tier).
  3. Proof trail Proof tab: OOS validation stats + matured transitions. Second PDF for model governance (optional CSV for quant team).
  4. Public cross-check Track record page and SHA-256 public log compared to internal exports — fingerprints must match published rows.
  5. IC minutes One paragraph in the investment committee pack: regime label, MSI, whether scenario C (contagion) is active — no buy/sell language.
