This page explains what LSRI Crypto collects, why it is collected, and how we handle account data, email alerts, API access and basic site analytics. LSRI Crypto is a risk-monitoring product, not a brokerage or custodian.
We collect the information you provide directly when you use the product, including account détails, operational usage data and optional email signup information.
We use your data to operate the product and communicate the parts of the service you asked for.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
If you subscribe to the free daily BTC signal or operational alert emails, we store the minimum information required to send those messages and honor unsubscribe requests. Daily signal emails include unsubscribe links, and one-click unsubscribe support may be used where supported by the email client.
If you subscribe to paid access, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers. We may also rely on third-party infrastructure and service providers such as hosting, email delivery and analytics providers to operate LSRI Crypto.
We may collect limited analytics and operational telemetry to understand usage, improve product quality and detect abuse. This can include page-level analytics, API request counts, authentication events and service-level logs. We aim to keep this proportionate to the operation of the service.
We keep account and service data for as long as your account remains active or as long as needed to operate the service. If you request deletion, we will remove personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is needed for legal, security or operational reasons.
We take reasonable steps to protect account credentials, API access and operational data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we aim to minimize unnecessary exposure and store only what is required for the product to function.
