These terms govern the use of the LSRI Crypto website, dashboard, API and related communications. LSRI Crypto is a structural risk-monitoring product for information and risk-awareness purposes only.

1. Acceptance

By using the LSRI Crypto website, dashboard, and API, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. No investment advice

LSRI Crypto provides a structural risk regime signal for informational and risk-awareness purposes only. We do not provide investment, financial, or trading advice. All trading and investment decisions are yours. Past performance (including backtests) does not guarantee future results.

3. Use of service

You may use the free and paid tiers in accordance with your plan. You must not misuse the dashboard, API, email alerts or public content.

Do not exceed rate limits or attempt to interfere with service availability.
Do not resell or redistribute private dashboard/API access without permission.
Do not use the service for unlawful or abusive purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access if we detect abuse, security issues, billing problems or other violations of these terms.

4. Plans, billing and access

Some parts of LSRI Crypto are free and some require a paid subscription. Paid access may include dashboard features, alerts, historical data access and API usage. Subscription billing, renewals and payment handling may be managed through third-party providers such as Stripe.

Plan limits, pricing and included features may evolve over time. If you cancel a paid subscription, access may continue until the current billing period ends unless stated otherwise.

5. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available and reasonably up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features, pages, datasets, thresholds, alerting behavior and pricing may change as the product evolves.

6. Public pages and historical material

Methodology pages, track record pages, backtests and historical examples are provided to explain the product and its historical behavior. They are not guarantees of future results and should not be interpreted as promises of market timing precision.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LSRI Crypto and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the signal or the site. The service is provided “as is.”
